When you see a coworker trying to end a long drawn out encounter, act like a complete idiot, approach the situation, interrupt and vocalize your feelings about some obscurity and watch the stress dissolve.
Try a new restaurant for lunch. Variety is the spice of life.
Listen to your doctor’s off the record advice: If you have kidney stones, drink beer.
If A = B, and it is always followed by C, then, by all means, do not skip C. By the way, C is for Cheers!
Sometimes you have to take on a job/project that will not necessarily be the most lucrative. It may not be cost effective. But your efforts may be rewarded many times over, in the long run.
Force reductions happen. They can be devastating, to those affected, but the bottom line is always the same: Business and profits drive the decisions.
